Red Hawk Ridge

I did actually get words on a page this past week! They were written in a spiral notebook in the school pick-up line and only add up to about 710 words because I can’t write near as fast as I can type, but it’s something! Once I get these on the computer, I know there will be more because I will add to them as I type.

These words are the foundation for an entire chapter, if not two, and set up later things that will be brought to light as our protagonist learns about the world.

And this isn’t all I have done! My ebook is available for preorder on all major bookstore sites and will be available on September 23, 2023, after it goes off of Kindle Unlimited on September 20, 2023. Formatting is a little different, but still fantastic and done by yours truly, and guess what?!

Blood for Honor ebook will be reduced to $5.99!

I am also working on publishing the paperback version through Draft2Digital–which is who I’m using for the ebook, but I am currently waiting to hear back from Ingram Spark to unlist Blood for Honor from their platform so it doesn’t flag as a marketplace duplicate because I do have my own ISBN that I paid money for. I don’t want to downgrade to a free ISBN at this point. I’m not knocking anyone who uses the free IBSNs, but if you’ve looked into them, you will know they aren’t cheap.

I’m currently running on less sleep than I probably have in years, so who knows what else I will get done this week? I may even surprise myself.
