Zombies Need Brains

I stumbled across an opportunity yesterday, thanks to my association with the IAPWE!

I have one, maybe three, short stories that I will be working on to submit to Zombies Need Brains for a chance at being chosen to be included in their Familiars Anthology book. The due date is December 31, so I still have time to work on The Wild Assault, but this is one of those things that fell in my lap–like God saying, “Here you go.”

The anthology (a collection of selected literary pieces, passages, or works of art or music) will include stories about animal pals, besties with four legs, etc. There will be science fiction, fantasy, and urban fantasy stories included in this book, and I’m excited to have come across it. Go check out Zombies Need Brains if you think this is something you might also be interested in or if you just want to support this project! This is only a small portion of what Joshua and his team do. You don’t have to be a Patron to submit a story to this project.

Many blessings,
Emma Lee Joy

P.S. I still haven’t finished my office.
