Red Hawk Ridge

Well, it has been a week! This weather change has had me messed up for two weeks, and my poor little shorty man ended up with an ear infection. He is on the mend and back at school, and I’m still hacking because I’m stubborn and just ride these things out, but I’m good!

I have gotten a little writing done this week in between everything else going on, but I don’t have a productivity word count. I do, however, have a total word count for you:

The entire manuscript for ‘The Wild Assault’ stands at 25,450.

So, knowing my need for at least 100,000 words, the prequel to Blood for Honor is around a quarter of the way done unless it ends up being way longer.

I have also started working on a Creator/Writer 2024 Planner. I’d love to have it published in time for people to order in December so I can do a ‘January to December’ planner instead of the usual ones you find that go from ‘July to June.’ We will see! I’ve had this idea rolling around in my head for a few months, but thanks to a friend, who you can check out here (her website) and here (her Amazon author page), I was inspired to start the thing. She has multiple journals for sale already and a tabletop devotional in the works!

So, I’ve got a lot going on, but I’m not even stressing because I enjoy doing all of it. Find something you love! It makes life better.
