I came to the conclusion that ‘The Wild Assault’ may need to be in the third person POV, which is something I tried once upon a time with ‘Blood for Honor’ but decided against later. Something about it feels different this time.

I love first-person POV because you read it as yourself, but many books that have had an impact on me have been in third-person POV, and the feelings are still conveyed plainly. Almost everything I have written has been in first-person, so this is me branching out.

We will see what happens.

I do have to say the word count will go up for sure. It’s easier to get details about the world in the third-person, whereas first-person can’t always go that deep without being convoluted.
