I’m over halfway done with rewrites!

Being halfway done with rewrites does not mean I have finished the story. I still have another 50,000 words to write before this story is done. These rewrites are something I needed to do to create the story in my head and to save me time later. Waiting to go back and rewrite the POV once I’m done will just make more work for me.

I’ve decided to write in the third person in the present tense despite earlier saying that I wanted to do it in the past tense. For some reason, past tense is super hard for me to write. I like reading it, but I cannot write in it without taking myself out of the story, and that compromises what the story could be.

I plan to finish rewrites this month and work on the last few One Moon Herbal Study posts I did not finish in February as I originally planned. I can’t say I will have the rest of the herbal posts done this month, but my goal is to have that series wrapped up by the end of June.

I hate leaving projects undone.
