Red Hawk Ridge

Hey peeps,

I’m out of the corporate field at the moment, and admittedly, I was getting much more writing done in the hour before submitting myself to mental torture, but I’m getting my new products up over on my apothecary in my newly acquired free time, so maybe I’ll have some more time during normal hours to write here shortly.

I started working on ‘The Fire That Dwells With Water’ again about a week before leaving, and I’m almost at 38,000 words. It’s either gonna be one of those books that is on the shorter end (70,000 words) or it could be longer than ‘Blood for Honor’ (115,000 words), but I don’t know yet.

I’ve got ideas. It just depends on what makes it to the page.

I’m half-tempted to pitch this book to agents and try for a trad pub contract in the science-fiction romance genre, but I know a lot can happen between now and the time I actually finish it. We will see what happens.

My entire life seems to be “what happens next?” at the moment, so we will see what happens.
