A copy edit corrects typographical errors in your manuscript, creating a smooth reading experience. Errors in spelling, grammar, consistency, and other mistakes can pull a reader out of the story, diminishing their reading experience. Too many errors can even make them put a book down.
I use the Chicago Manual of Style in my Copy Editing with Track Changes and comments in Microsoft Word so you can review changes and learn from your mistakes (the best teacher). I also offer an editorial letter that gives you more insight into your work.

*Sample edits are not available for manuscripts under 15,000 words.
Turnaround time is around 2 weeks (up to 4), depending on workload. Time will be determined in the contract.
